Whereas Elizabeth Fenn< no role > Singlewoman of the Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields in the Libty of Westmr . was in or about the Month of May last by a Certificate under
the hands of the Minister and Church Wardens of the said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields sent unto St. Bartholomews Hospitall London for the Cure of a Lameness in her Limbs
and by virtue of the said Certificate which was to Indemnifie the said Hospitall She the said
Eliz [..] nn was Received into the said Hospitall

And [..] reas she the said Elizabeth Fenn< no role > was then great with Bastard Child but
did [..] vately bear the same that she was not discovered or found [..] any of the
Phisiti [..] refore [..] to be with Child [..]

[..] the said Parish of St. [..] in the Fields [..] therefore adjud [..]
[..] & Disch [..] of the said Parish Tha [..] Samuel Gled [..]
[..] this Our Order do pay [..] he Church Warden [..] of the Poor of [..]
said Parish [..] Martin in the Fields the sume of Two Shillings and six pence P week for
the keeping maintaining the said Male Bastard Child from the Birth of the said
Child until [..] of this Our Order be delivered unto him And from the use forth

That he the said Coll Samuell Gledhill< no role > do and shall Weekly and every week on Saturday
in every Week pay unto the said Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
parish of St. Martin in the Fields the sume of Two Shillings & Six pence P Week
for the keeping and maintaining the said Male Bastard Child dureing and so
long as the said male Bastard Child shall Continue Chargeable to the said Parish
and we do also Order that the said Coll Sam Gledhill do forth with give security
to the said Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor to perform this our order
Given under our hands & Seales the Second Day of January Anno Dni 1711
