This information of Joseph Hatfeild< no role > , now a Prisoner in
the Gate house at Westmr.

This Informant maketh oath, That on or about the 28th of November
last, one Arthur Chambers< no role > , Thomas Evans< no role > and Mary Raby< no role > , als Browne< no role > , als
Jackson< no role > , als Rogers< no role > , als frone< no role > went together to Rob a house, which they
found they could not then Effect and as they were walking their Rounds Arthur
Chambers
< no role > perceving by the light of a Luke that came along the shutters.
of a Window (being a low Room) looking into Greek Street in the house of
the Lady Rhoda Cavendish< no role > in Sohoe square in the Parish of St. Anns
Westmr . were not shutt. Hee the said Arthur Chambers< no role > got on the carles
of the said house, Lifted in the sath Window, took out two Canisashes
and gave them to this Informant, who carryed them over the way And
put them within the Raules of an opposite house, And in the meane time
the said Arthur Chambers< no role > took out of the sayd house a Strong Box which
he delivered to Thomas Evans< no role > , who carryed into Mary Raby< no role > , who was standing
opposite to the said Lady Cavandish's house, And the said Mary Ruby< no role >
alone carried home the said Box to her house in Spring Garden neare
Charing Crose, and carried it up unto the roome of this Informant, who
lodged in her house. And this Informant togeather with Authur Chambers< no role >
and Thomas Evans< no role > soon after came to the said Mary Rubys house, and
went up into the Roome of this Informant, where they found the said
Mary Ruby< no role > with the said strong Box, and they sent the said Mary Ruby< no role >
down staires, and in the meane time with a Chissen broke open the said
strong box, in which they found a Shagreen Case with a gold Box in it, in
which box were thirty eight half broad peices of Queen Elizabeths Com,
a small silver bottle, a pockett book with silver clasps and a silver
Penn a Silver purse with six Guineas and some silver Tortoise shell
snuff box with a Gold linge to it, a round guild box with three Rings in it,
one of which was a diamond Ring, a Shagreen case with an Ennameld
Picture set in gold with Diamonds round about it, a silver Girdle buckle
set with Diamonds, four peices of Gold, three wherof were Queene
Elizabeths broad peices, a shagreene Case with six silver Tea spoons,
a steel girdle buckle gilt, some Writings and severall other things, all
which Except the could gold and silver) which was divided between Arthur
Chambers, this Informant and Thomas Evans< no role > , were delivered in three
Purses tyd up in this Informants handercheife unto the possession of the
aforesaid Mary Ruby, which she locked up in this Informants Trunk
