maketh Oath that he being Master of a Private Man of ware
called the Revenge was on the Fowerteenth day of this
Instandant September Eugaged at Sea agt: the French And
that by some attedent this Depts. said Shipp was blowed up
by meanes whereof there was Fifty two persons lost awright
which Stephen Miller of Stephny aforesaid Mariner was
Drownded to this Depts, Chinlar knowledge for that this Dept
and the said Stephem Miller Swam together till this Dept
saw the said Miller lost.
