The Minutes of the last Annual General Court held
the 30th. day of July last were read and approved

The Minutes of the proceedings of the several Meetings
of the Grand Committee held since the 19th. day of March 1806
were also read and approved.

Donations.


The Clerk acquainted the Court that since the last General
Court the following Donations had been received Vizt.

Edward Jeffries Esdaile< no role > Esq. .his Gift£50..

The Fund raised for the Benefit of
the Sufferers in the Action of the
1st. August 1798}Gift100..-

Subscriptions were recommended by the Treasurer
towards defraying the great Expences of this Hospital

The Treasurer then acquainted the Court that the
immediate Occasion of calling the same was to cheese a Steward
to this Hospital in the Room of Mr. Richard Leeson< no role > deceased.

Mr. Andrews
elected Steward in
the room of Mr. Leeson.

Whereupon the Court proceeded. to the Choice of a
Steward in the room of the said Mr Leeson and the Petition of
Samuel Richards Andrews< no role > the present assistant Steward was
read praying to be elected, who being the only Candidate was
unanimously chosen to the said Office to hold the same during
the pleasure of this Court from this day with the usual a
Salary of £200 Pr. Annum, and a House Etc.And he was
called in and acquainted with Election.
