We have granted Leases to the following Persons

To Mr. Thomas Harrison< no role > a Lease of a House in
Paternoster Row for a term of twenty one years from
Midsummer 1781 when his present Lease expired
at a rent of £40 per Annum clear of the Land tax
and all other taxes. Mr. Harrison expending £100 at
least in repairs within the first two years of the
term of his Lease with the Surveyor's approbation

Thos. Fuller

To Mr. Thomas Fuller< no role > a Lease of four houses
and one acre of Garden Ground in Kent Street
Southwark late in Lease to Leonard Hammond< no role > Esqr ,,
for 31 Years from Midsummer 1781 when Mr. Hammonds
Lease expired, at a rent of £22 per Annum clear of the
Landtax and all other taxes Mr. Fuller expending
£100 at least within the first two years of the Term
of his Lease with the Surveyor's approbation.

John. Haskins

To Mr. Jonathan Haskins< no role > a Lease of a house in the
Old Bailey in his own occupation for a term of 21 Years
from Michaelmas 1781 at a rent of ten pounds per
Annum clear of the Landtax and all other taxes and
Mr. Haskins to expend £160 in repairs under the
direction of the Hospital Surveyor.

John Abbott

To John Abbott< no role > a Lease of two Tenements in
Jerusalem Square Hackney with the Gardens behind
and the Square or Yard before the same late in the
possession of Thomas Brown< no role > but now in his own
possession under a Lease which expired at Ladyday
last for a term of 21 Years from Lady day 1782 at a rent
of £16 per annum clear of the Landtax and all
other taxes and Mr. Abbott to expend £200 in repairs
within the first two years of the term of his Lease
