Licence to Dorothy
Webb to assign her
Lease to John Cuel.

We have granted a Licence to Mrs. Dorothy
Webb
< no role > Executrix of the Will of John Webb< no role > deceased
surviving Executor of the Will of Thomas Webb< no role >
deceased Tenant of two houses in Saint Thomas's
Parish under a Lease granted by the Hospital
to the said Thomas Webb which will expire
At Ladyday 1790 at £9 Per Annum to assign
the said Lease to John Cuel< no role > of Gloucester
Street Queen Square Baker .

Allowce. to Ann
Green.


We have allowed Ann Green< no role > Tenant
under a Lease of a house in the Old Bailey
at a rent of £20 Per Annum with a Covenant
to expend £100 in repairs one Years rent in
consideration of her having expended a
much larger sum than the above in such
repairs.

Annuity to John
Fraser footman to
the late Treasurer.


We have agreed at the request of John
Fraser
< no role > who was footman to Mr. Bowden the
late Treasurer 12 Years and upwards and is
in his 73rd.. Years to grant him an Annuity of
£30 Per Annum during his life to commence
from Christmas 1780 and to be Payable Quarterly
he having paid to the Treasurer £115 for the
use of the Hospital in Part consideration for
such Annuity and the Hospital having by a
resolution of a General Court held the 17th
July 1751 determined to Maintain the Servants
of the Officers of the Hospital gaining A
Settlement in Saint Thomas's Parish at the
expence of the Hospital.

Additn. of 10 years
to Mr. Wessell's lease


We have agreed in consideration of the
unforeseen expence Mr. Wessells Tenant of
