To John Hemming< no role > a Lease of the
House he now lives in near the Fore Gate of the
Hospital for 21 Years from Lady day 1764 at the
Present Rent of £60 a Year. the Hospital to put
the Premises into Repair.

Jasper Hibberd


To Jasper Hibberd< no role > a Lease of the two
Houses near Wapping new Stairs now in lease
to Charles Jicks< no role > for 21 Years from Chrsmas next
at the Clear rent of £10. P. Ann A fine of One
Hundred Guineas to be paid on Signing the Contract
The Tenant to be Oblig'd to lay out £170 in Sub-
stantial Repairs under the Inspection of Mr. Jupp
the Surveyor.

Robt. Dolphin


To Robert Dolphin< no role > a Lease of his
House near the entrance into St: Thomas's Parish
for 21 Years from Chrsmas last at the present rent
of £40. a Year the Hospital to put the premises into
Repair and Lease to Contain usual Covenants.

Jonan. Fawconer Esqr


To Jonathan Fawconer< no role > Esqr . a Lease
of the Hospital Estate at Alvethly in the County
of Essex (which he now holds under an Assignments
of a Lease thereof to his late Mother in Law Mrs.
Elizabeth Collier< no role > which will expire at Michmas
1766) for 21 Years from Michmas 1766 at the present
Yearly Rent of £100: clear of Taxes. And a Fine,
of £2000. to be paid in the following manner. Vizt
£600: Part thereof in Decemr: next £700. Other part
thereof at Chrismas 1765. And £700. Residue there
of at Chrsmas 1766. Tenant to be obliged to lay out
£500. in Substantial Repairs. within the first
four Years after the Commencement of the lease
which is to contain the like Covenants as in the
present Lease Except the Covenant relating to
the laying the Sluice a new.
