House having made an Offer to us to wave without any
Consideration, the Agreement he made with this Hospital
in the year 1727 for a reversionary Lease of two Houses
on Snow-hill which was to commence at Michs 1748 and
for which he then paid a Fine of £70..-

We thinking this Offer to be in Favour of the
Hospital. have order'd the said Agreement to be
vacated

St Thomas's Church
to be Repair'd}

Mr Treasurer acquainting us that there were
some Repairs wanting to the Parish Church of St Thomas
belonging to this Hospital, We have order'd the same to
be done accordingly

Willm: Hopcrafts
House to be rebuilt

William Hopcraft< no role > our Tenant of a House
near the Turnpike leading to Hackney praying Relief
in regard to the ruinous Condition of his House, And it
appearing to us necessary to have the same rebuilt, We
have order'd it to be done accordingly at the Expence
of the Hospital on the Tenants agreeing to pay £20..-
clear Rent from Michs 1749 instead of £16..-the present
Rent, And We have agreed with Jas. Eling< no role > to rebuild
the same for £135.. under the Direction of our Surveyor
