We have order'd Green Staves to be sent to
the following Gentlemen as proper Persons to be
Governors of this Hospital vizt. Honble . Sr.

Affair}


We have been Acquainted by Mr. Treasurer
that pursuant to the Resolution of the Generall Court
held the 15th. July last, whereby it was Referred to him
in Conjunction with the Treasurers of St. Bartholo
mew & Bethlem, Hospitals, to treat & agree with the
Executors & next of Kin of Captn . John Aldred< no role > deced, touch
ing any doubt that might arise upon his Will & the Cha
ritable Legacys thereby given to the Poor of the said Three
Hospitalls; Several Meetings have been had with the
Partys concerned or their Agents but no Agreement has
been yet perfected

All which we Submit to the Judgment of
this Worshipfull Court July 14th. 1742
