Hackney for 21 Years from Michs 1760 at a clear
Rent of £3. and Tenant to repair.

To Thomas Seagood< no role > of three Tene-
ments situate on the North side of the new-way in St:
Thomas's Parish for 21 Years from Laday 1761. at
clear Rent of £3..10. and Tenant to put the Prem-
isses into Substantial Repair.

of their dwelling House situate at the corner of Warwick
Lane Pater-noster Row & the House in Warwick Lane
(which this Hospital lately Purchased) adjoining North
to the same for 21 Years from Laday 1761 at the Yearly rent
of £80. (being £10 above the former Rent) And the Hospital
to allow them £150 towards the repairs which are to be
done Agreable to an Estimate made by Mr. Cooper our
Surveyor and under his Inspection

Expiration of the Present Lease at the clear Yearly rent

1763 And to Lay out £300 in Substantial Repairs
