An the rest of the said Report after some an
small Amendments in the Orders relateing to the Surgeons Servants
was also well liked and approved of by this Court. And the severall an
Matters and Things therein reported to have been done or Concluded
by the said Comittee are confirmed by this Court and the Matters
and Things which are therein reported as fitt to be done in the
Opinion of the said Comittee this Court agree to and doth Order
that the same be inall respects Observed and performed [..]
according to the true Intent and meaning of the said Report
And that the said Report together with the said papers and
peticon by Entred in the Book of Orders or Reportory of the
proceedings of this Court

Then the peticon of the said Doctr: Torlesse and
Mr: Elton to this Court Referring to their said former peticon presented the Comittee and
praying to be Restored to their places wasread as were alsoe
the Two Bonds thereunto annexed. Which they proposed as a Security
for answering the Money by them respectively acknowledged to have
actually come to their Hands from the late Comr: for sick and Wounds
Seamen In one of which Bonds the said Doctr: Torlesse and his son
Mr: Torlesse stood bound to Mr: Trear for payment of £322:10s in
Three Months, and in the other the said Mr: Elton and his Father
Mr: Thomas Elton< no role > stood bound alsoe to Mr: Trear for payment of
the like sume within the like time Upon Trust that the said Money
should be applyed and disposed of in such Manner as her Majesty
or the Lord high Trear or any others having legall Authority to
determine who has Right to the Money received by the said
Doctr: Torlesse and Mr: Elton as aforesaid should please to direct
appoint.

And upon due Consideracon had of the Nature
of this Case and of the Trust Expressed in the Condicon of those
Bonds this Court is of Opinion that it is not proper to accept the
said Bonds and Ordered the same to be delivered back to the said
Doctr: Torlesse and Mr: Elton who being calledin were acquainted
therewith and the said Bonds were accordingly Returned to them
by the Clerke of this Hospitall.

And they were then further heard touching
the Cause of their Suspension.
