Wee the Grand Comittee Appointed for Manageing
the Affaires of this Hospitall Doe Report our Proceedings
therein since the Generall Court held the 11th: day of February 1712: as followeth

Wee have Agreed with Joseph Chaffey< no role > our Tennant of Two Old Houses (now
Lord into One) Scituate in the Parish of St: Thomas in Southwarke , At the
Corner of a Passage there Entring into the Tents now Held by him under A
Lease made to Mathew Eatts< no role > , To Grant him a New Lease of the same premisses
for the Terme of One & Twenty Yeares to Comence from Michas 1715: (At which
time the present Lease Expires) At the Old Rent of £3:6d: P Ann In Considn: of A
Fine of £8: to be paid within A Week after the Makeing of the said Agreemt:
With an Excepcon in the said Lease of the Closetts and Buildings now
belonging to the said Tenements and Settying over the passage Leading into
the Meeting House adjoyning to the said Tenements Which Closetts and Buildings
are to be removed or Taken away when ever the Tennants of the said Meeting
house shall think fitt, Or may be Converted to such Use as they shall thinke
propper.

Generall Court or the Grand Comittee

And wee have Discharged Benjamin Cormell Another of the said
Beedles from the Service of this Hospitall, He haveing been Guilty of
takeing the Hospitalls Coales and Converting the same to his owne Use

dureing Pleasure

Wee have Agreed that John Poulter< no role > our Tennant of A House and
Ground in the Tentsin the Parish of St: Thomas Southwarke
shall have a Lease Granted to him for the Terme of 54: Yeares from Lady
Day 1710: Instead of 51: Yeares which he Agreed for at A Comittee the Thirtieth
Day of September 1709: A the Rent of £1:13d P Ann: It Appearing That the
Old Lease to Charles Frost< no role > had Three Yeares to Come at Lady Day 1710: And
the Intention of the Comittee and the said Poulter was to have a Terme of
51: Yeares Granted him from the End of that Lease.
