Dead


The Right Woppll: the president Acquainted this
Court that Thomas Eyre< no role > Esqr . late Trear of this Hospitall
being Dead the Grand Comittee thought it propper to
Defer making a Report of their proceedings till a
new Trear is chosen; and then recomended to the
Court the choosing of a Fitt person for that purpose.

in Nominacon and Unanimously Elected and chosen
by this Court to be Trear of this Hospitall in the roome
of the said Thomas Eyre< no role > And in regard the sd. Mr: Cole
was not present at this Court It [..] was Ordered that Thos.

< no role > Esqr . Lyde, Mr: Benjn: Hooper< no role > , Mr: Benjamin
Smith
< no role > , Mr: Styles, Mr: Baker Mr: Depty: Serocold and
Mr: Mount, doe Waite on the said Mr: Cole and
Acquaint him with the said choice and that he is
Desired by this Court to Accept the said Office.

Auditors to Setle ye
Orders Acct: till the

Ordered that the Standing Auditors
with the Gentlemen appointed at the last Court to
Joyne with them in Auditting the late Trears
Accompts to Lady Day last Doe goe on to Auditt
and settle his Accompts from that Time to the
Day of his Death

him to Informe this Court that Applicacons had
been made to them from the Comrs: for the
poor palatines that this Hospitall would receive
some of those poor people who are Silk Lame
or Disseased in Order to their Cure and that
