To grant a Lease of the Aleating House and Treasurer late in
Lease to Edwd. Minstraw< no role > and other adjoining to the above precevied to
James Charne< no role > Esqr (he being the Survising Lease) and three for 21 years at the present time
of £20 subject to the [..] contained in Leases of this
Hospital and also be certain the before mentioned blows at blows
except the Agreement of the Hospital to provide another price of
Ground in case of their taking back these premises

The Committee pursuant to the referrence of the Gover [..]
