The Minutes of the last Grand Committee hold the 9th.

Lease granted to
Joseph Ballmer< no role >


Agreed
To grant a Lease to Mr Joseph Ballmer< no role > of two
houses in Botolph lane Thomas Street late in Lease to Andrew
Hearsey
< no role > for a term of 30 years from Lady day last at a rent
of £20 P Annum clear of the Landtax and all other taxes to
commence from Christmas next Mr Ballmer expending
£400 at least in Repairs within the first two years of the term
of his have with the Surveyor approbation.

The Clerk reported that in pursuance of the Order of the last
Committee he had carefully searched the Court Books of the
Hopital form 1677 to the present time And that no Minutes
appeared which or any manner [..] dated the subjects of his
enquiry.
