The Treasurer laid before the Committee an agreement,
entered into by Mr. Clamoers the Hospital Derbyshire Agent with
Mr. John Robt. Sharpe< no role > of Tibshelf subject to the approbation of
the Committee, whereby it is agreed that the Hospital shall rebs
to the said John Robert Sharp< no role > for a Term of three years
commencing from Ladyday lasta form at File half called
Doe full Farm containing by cotsination £144. 1s. 29d at a rent
of £110 per Autumn Mar of the Land Tax and all other
Taxes Mr. Sharpe to Acct at his own expense a Substantial
farm House with Suitable outbuildings thereto expanding therein
about the Sum of £900:

Resolved

That the above agreement is approved and confirmed
with the variations of the Tenant being Obliged to expend in
the Buildings not life than £1000 instead of the £900
mentioned in the agreement and that the same shall be
done to the Agents Approbation and to be kept by him in
good repair during the Term and so left at the expiration
thereof
