To geant a lease to Mr. James Hibbert< no role > of a House in the
Maze Southwark held by him under a him granted with
others to Joseph Townsend< no role > which expired at Lady day
last for the term of 21 years from that time at a rent of
£30 P Annm. clear of the Landtax and all other in [..] and
outgoings Mr. Hilbert to expend £150 at least in
Repairs to the satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor
within the first two years previously to the grant of the
lease and to keep and leave the same in repair and to
insure at the sum the Surveyor shall derset

To add 3 years to the term of Mr. Boswell Beton< no role > 's
lease of his House in Bridge Row in consideration of the
exterordinary expence he has insured in the repair [..] there for

Mr. Treasurer reporting that Sir John Honyweaks< no role > Rent
of his Farm at Hastingleigh is considerably in Arrears and
that he has repeatedly applied to him for payment without effect.

Recovery of the Rent under the Treasurer's direction.

Mr. Pothik one of the Assignees of Mr. Howell to whom
a lease of his House in the Borough was agreed to be grant at
at a former Committee applied to the Committee for their
determination wheather they would consent to the grant of
such lease to any person who might purchase the same by
Public Auction which the Committee determined they could on
not undertake to do.
