Exchanges and Purchases of Lands being intermitted with the
Hospital Estate which he was of opinion would to propose to be
made in order to render the Estate more complect and the committee
approving such Exchanges and purchases requested the Treasurer
to see them effected.

A Plan of the Grand function Canal was laid before
the Committee and it was stated to be their intention to use a part
of the River Cole adjoining to a certain extent to some of the
Hospital Lands as a part of the Canal instead of making the
intended Cut through such Lands provide the Hospital consent
thereto.

Consent to the plan

That the Commitee have no Objection to such
alteration

for a further Leap
of her house at

depced.


A Person attended with a Letter from Mrs. Gordon
Tenant of a House at Bully hill Rochester applying for the
addition of a term of 21 years to the unexpired term of the
Present Lease at a additional rent of £4 per Annum
and proposing to add a number of Acticles in which she has
expended a Consideration Sum as fixtures to the premises which
at present are her own property.

Agreed

To defer the consideration of such Proposal

Survey by Mr. Young
of the Hasting Laigh

The Treasure laid before the Committee a Survey
which had been made by Mr. Young of Chancery Lane of the
Hospital Estate in the Parishes of Hastingleigh and Wye in
Kent

Mr. Kidder the Tenant of the Mansion house
called The Great Ledge and the demesne Lands of the Man
