of June last were read and confirmed

The Report of the proceedings of the Grand Committee since the last Annual
General Court was laid before the Committee and read and
being approved was signed by the Gentlemen of the Committee
now present.

Letter from Mr. Webb
on Pewsey Estate

Mr. Treasurer laid before the Committee a letter from Mr.
Webb respecting Mr. Townsend's offer to take a lease for 3
lives of the land he now occupies at Pewsey laid before
the Committee the 25th. of March last.

Resolved
That the Committee do not think proper to grant
such a lease but will grant Mr. Townsend a lease for 16 years
at the rent he now pays.
