Trear at a clear rent of £75. P Ann the Hospital expanding
a Sum not exceeding £60 and also the sum which shall
be received of Mr. Holder for dilapidations in repairing the
Buildings of the farm Mr. Looker insuring such Buildings
at such a Sum as Mr. Freeman shall advice

Agreed To grant a Lease to Mr. John Cheshyre Hemming< no role >
of his house in the Borough for a term of 21 years to
[..] from Lady day 1785 (when his [..] Lease with)
Expired at a rent of £54. P Ann clear of the Landtax
and all other hires Mr Hemming to be paid £100 in repaires
of the Surveyor thinks it necessary to the Surveyor's
Application and to insure the promises at £800. the
Hospital to allow Mr. Hemming half a years rent towards
the Repaires.

in Black and White Court in the Old Bailey part of the
premises late in lease to Thomas Bishop< no role > of whom the
Hospital has purchased the same for 31 years from Christmas
last at a rent of £30 P Ann clear of the Landtax and all
other Taxes Mr. Bradley to expend £300 in repairs
£100 immediately and £200. within seven years to
the Surveyor's approbation and to insure the promises
at £1000.

one of the Beadles when it was determined that to fill up
that Vacancy for the present

Street Cheesemonger paying the usual Aliesation fine.

the Treasurer, Steward, Receiver, Apothecary, Chaplain and
Matron had been charged by way of Surcharge with the Duty
