Hospital Tenants there shall have Coals at the
usual price and also Signified his thoughts
that it will be for the Service of the Hospitalthat
that if the said Mr Barber & Fletcher can be got
to take the said Cole works for a term and
Oblige themselves to get 1000 Loads a year
at 9d P Load and pay the like price for what
they shall get above 1000 Load
This Committee approves of the said
bargain made with the said Mr Fletcher
& Barber The Clerk is to write to him
to endeavor to make such further agreement
as shall be most for the Hospitals Service

by the said Mr Smith and that it was insisted
that the said Mr Birckmore should contribute
to a new party wall and he desired the
Hospital would make him some allowance
