The Clerk acquainted this Committee
that Mr John Waterman< no role > is desirous to
have the Store ground or Woodyard inclu-
ded in the Lease that is to be made to
him & his brother Mr William Waterman< no role >
of the House & Workshop in the Maze
and the Clerk laid before the Committee
a Draught of an Agreement with the
said Messrs Waterman pursuant to
what was formerly Reported to have
been Agreed with them by the Sub Comitte
appointed for that purpose
