Preparations for repairing Some of the smal Tenemts:
And he aquainted the Committee that he found the
rents paid by the several Tenants to the Hospital
Lisee amounted to £314 P Ann and that the
estate consists generaly of very good Land
but that the Sea gains on one side o the Estate
by wearing the bottom o the Clifts so as to
make the top freqently fall in and yet it does
not appear Practicable to prevent that mischief

Order'd
That the form of Prayers and
devotions Prepared for the use of the Hospital
Patients be Printed and distributed among the
Patients in the house from time to time as
shall be found proper and Mr Trear is desired
to give directions accordingly.

ground to the said house from Lady day 1730

this Hospital was read Praying that he may be
allowed Poundage [..] or such other allowance
as this Committee shal think fit for receiving
of money from patients upon their admission
