The Committee recommended it to the said several
Tennts. & their Undertennts. to Agree between themselves
and then to make their Proposalls to the Committee

Resolved that Proper Workmen Observe from time
to time that the said Houses lately burnt down be
rebuilt in a proper and Substantial manner.

Mr Smith desiring liberty to fell Severall Pollards
growing in the Hodge row of Oatcroft next to
Broomwood and to trim the Hedge which by hanging
over the Grass Spoils the growth thereof.

Resolved that Mr Smith have such Liberty upon
such Termes as Mr. Treasurer shall think fit.

The Treasurer acquainted the Comittee that he
had given Liberty to Mr. Gayler our Tennt. Denham
Durdant to fell some Timber for necessary Repairs
of the Estate which the Committee approved of.

Mr. Nutthall Attorny of Mr. Colegrave Adtor of
James Taylor< no role > Deced one of our Tennants at
Wapping who had taken a Lease for 21. Years
from Lady day 1725. at £17.10s. P Ann but dyed before
the Counter part was executed desired that a New
Lease of the Premisses might be granted to William
Taylor
< no role > for the Residue of the said Terme upon the
Termes of the other Lease And Thomas Chatfeild< no role >
of Southwark ship Chandler proposed to be Security
for his Rent & performance of Covenants

Grant to Wm. Taylor< no role >


Resolved that upon Mr. Chatfeilds Giving Bond for
the payment of the said Rent and performance of the
said Covenants of Lease to Granted to the said William
Taylor
< no role > for the residue of the said Terme.

Mr. Philips lately our Tennt. of the House now Riggs
in Pater noster Row who is £8. in arreare for Rent
prayed an Abatement which was left to the discretion
of Mr. Treasurer.
