Ordered that a Letter be sent to Mr. Wm. Skingle< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
at Parndon desireing him to give Publick Notice
in Epping and other Towns near Parndon That
the Underwoods in Parndon lately belonging to this Hospital Held by
Mr. Thomas Burgh< no role > are to be Lett by Lease for
One and Twenty Years.

Ordered that it be Recommended to the General
Court as the Opinion of this Committee That no
Person who shall be hereafter Chosen a Surgeon
of this Hospital shall be permitted to cut for the
Stone in this Hospital untill he shall have
obtained the Particular Consent and Licence
of the General Court or Grand Committee for
that Purpose & after the time of such Election
(And that such Licence be not given within left them One Yeare)
and that this be made a Standing Order.

Mr. Pope Proposes for Corbysons Piglitle
neare Shore house in Hackney £3. P Ann Tax
free and to Lay out £300. in New Buildings
upon a Lease for 51. Years

Mr: Spearing proposes £4. P Ann for the
same Ground for a Lease of 51. Years and to
Layout £300. in Building of One or more new
Brick House or Houses thereupon.

Mr. Jones Proposes £4. P Ann for the like
Lease of the same Ground and to Lay out £200
in Building of a New Brick House thereupon

This Ground by Mr Spearings Informacon is
about 70. foot in Front next Well Street Road
and about 200. foot Deep

Memd Care is to be taken about the Path or
Way Leading from Shore House to East Field
on the East Side of this Pightle
