Upon hearing Mr. Foreman and Considering the Severall
Proposalls which have been Made by Him in relacon
to the Inlarging his Lease of the Ground in Hackney Upon which
He should have Laid out £600: in New Building above
Eight yeares agoe. They are of Opinion, That his
Terme should not be Inlarged And he then
proposing to Give the Hospll: £50: in Money, which
with the Charge he has been at in a Brick Wall on
the Southside of the sd Ground, and the Charge of
Taking in part of the Waste in Church Street , will
amount to £100: for such Addicon of yeares as is
Desired, the same way refused

Upon Mr: Trears Informacon That the money belonging
to St: Thomas's Hospll: lately put out upon the Land Tax
is paid in And that he Desires the Opinion of these
Gentlemen how the same may be most advantageous
disposed of for the Benefitt of the Hospll: It is
agreed That Six Thousand Pounds there of be
forth with Laid out in the Purchase of the Four P
Cent. Annities payable at the Bank And that the
Transferr be Taken in Mr. Trears Name And A
Declaracon made of the Trust under his hand.
