pounds paid to the said Mr. Norgate And of the further
sume of £150: & Interest to be paid to John Lade< no role > Esqr
upon a Mortgage made of the premisses to him by the
said Mr Norgate; which agreement was approved
of by this Committee.

Mr. Guy haveing desired some part of the Garden belonging
to the said Mr. Norgate , and lately purchased as aforesaid of
him by the Hospitall, to be made use of in his new intended
Hospitall, and added to the Ground before agreed to be Leased
to him for that Purpose. This Committee agrees That soe
much of the said Garden as is marked out for that purpose,
be Granted to the said Mr Guy for the Same Terme, and by
the same Lease, as the other Ground is already agreed to be
Granted to him.

Mr. Trear also Reported that the said Sub Committee had
viewed the Chappell, and considered the alteracons proposed
to be made therein, which they were of Opinion were fitt
and proper. Whereupon Mr Trear is desired to direct
the doeing thereof as soon as it shall be convenient.

Wapping Sub Committee


The Lady Casse came to Treat for a new Lease of 2: Houses
in Wapping near the Gun Taverne , held by Lease for 31:
years expireing at Lady day next 1722. at £4. P annum
Ground Rent, Granted in Consideracon of new Building after
the Fire in Wapping in 1674: The improved Rents
whereof are about £42: P ann, and offered £100: for a new
Lease for 21: yeares But the Committee not being satisfyed
as to the Condicon these Houses are in, with Respect to Repair
nor as to the Improved Rents thereof, And thinking my Lad [..]
proposall much too low, And therebeing severall other
Houses near adjoyning, the Leases whereof are about to
expire-It is ordered That a view be taken of all the
said Houses, and that Advertisements be published in the
Courant for Letting the same to the best Bidder, in the Whole
or in parcells. And Mr. Trear, Mr. Hollis. Mr. Mount,
Mr Billers, Mr. Raper, Mr. Mayo, Mr. Joseph Townsend< no role >
Mr Monck & Mr. Gee are appointed a Sub Committee for that
purpose, and to Report their Opinion of the Condicon
and Values of the said Houses to this Committee.
