Mr Trear Reported the Agreement with Mr. Thomas Enqier< no role >
for
the Two Warehouses under the new Fowle Wards, for 7: yeares
from Michas last at £20: P annum payable Quarterly,
Tax free, And he to Floor them at his own Charge. But
Mr Trear has put in Two windows and Sunk the Floors at
the Hospitalls Charge, which Agreement was approved by
the Committee.

mr Mount and Mr Monck the 11th. Sept last: Of the Houses in
Wapping belonging to Mr. Hardwick, Mr Jacob Ewin< no role >

Ordered That the Quarters Annuity due to Mrs Taylor att
Lady ady 1717: being £10: be paid to her Adminr: Mr. Jefferyes
Ordered That the two little Houses by St: Thomas's Gateway
late Becking hours in Possession of Mr Blackwell and Mr.
Mr Hollyday be Repaired at the Hospitall Charge, and then
Lett as two Houses.
Mr Hardwick proposes £70: Fine for a new Lease for 21 years
of the House in Jeffs possession in Wapping at £5: P Annum
Tax free from Lady day 1722: But the Committee thinks it
deserves a much larger Fine.
Mr Rickaby proposes £20: P Annum Tax free, And to
layout £200: in new Buildings
& Reparacons within
two yeares, for a Lease of the Bowling Green House
, and
the Greens and Garden thereunto belonging, containing
together about: 3: Acres ½: for 21 yeares from Lady
day next 1720:The Consideracon of this Proposal
