Ordered that Colls: Meggott< no role > be Acquainted with the said
Clause And unlesse he Complyes with Paving on the Side
of the Waggon house Adjoyning to the New Street in St:
Thomas's , [..] Mr: Trear is desired to Pursue the Direccon
of the said Act to Oblidge him or his Tennant to it.

Mr: Alud Denne Agreed with the Comittee for A
Lease of Part of the Gravell Pitt Field, in Hackney neare
the Bowling Green now in Lease to Mrs: Cooke lyeing at the
Northwest Corner of the said Field and to [..] confine in Front
next Morning Lane165: foot, and towards the Way or Passage
leading from Morning Lane to the Bowling Green house
135: foot. For 51: Yeares from the End of Mrs: Cook's Lease which
Expires at Lady Day 1720: At-£40: P Ann: Rent free from
Taxes. He is to Lay out £300: in Substantiall New Brick buildings
upon the said Ground, before the End of the First Yeare
of the said Terme Ant it is referred to Mr: Trear Mr: Mitchell
Mr: Gunstone, Mr: Sheafe. Mr: Powle, & Mr: Sheppard to Sett Meet
at the Amsterdam Coffee house to Morrow at 3:(P:M:) to Go
to Sett out the said Pice of Ground; The Foundation Walls
whereof are to be Two Bricks and an halfe Thick; The First Storey to
be Two Bricks Thick; And the Upper Storey to be One Brick
and an halfe Thick; which A Plaine Tyled Roofe and Good
Heart Laths.£1:1s:6d: to Poor's Box.
Referred to Mr: Treasurer to Provide a more Convenient
Place then is now Used, for the Lodging of the Surgeon's
Apprentices, who Look after Persons Cutt for the Stone.

There having been A Customary Allowance made to
the Surgeons upon the Amputation of the Limbs Frayers
or Toes of Poor Patients Which upon Examinacon
Amounts to about-£10: P Ann: And the Surgeons
Complaining That the Allowance has been the
Occasion of some Reflections upon then The
Comittee [..] have Ordered For That for the
