are willing for the Service of the said Charity forthwith to
Deliver and Assigne the said Order and Tally in Satisfaccon
of the said Legacy and to accept of A Receipt for the same
from the Treasurer of this Hospitall This Comittee Impowring
him to Receive such Order and Tally in Satisfaccon of the
said Legacy, and to Give such Receipt for the same It

Trear of this Hospll: shall be and is hereby Authorized &
Impowred to Accept and Receive from the sd: Wm: Gore< no role >
and Jno: Gore the Extor of the sd: Francis Aston< no role > Decd
the said Order & Tally for One Thousand Pounds in full Satisfaccon
and Discharge of the sd: Legacy of£1000: so Given or
Bequeathed to this Hospll: aforesaid And that his
Receipt shall be a Sufficient Release & Discharge to the
sd: Extors for the sd: Legacy And that the Governours of
this Hospll: shall and will before Michas day next procure
also a full and absolute Release and Discharge of the
