sd Mr: Poulter) At 22s: P Ann: Rent, and to Lay out
One hundred Pounds in Building of a Tenemt:
upon the sd [..] Ground, The Consideracon
whereof is left to Mr: Trear, and it is referred to
him to Agree for Letting the sd Ground either
to the sd Poulter or any other Person.

Ordered that a Green Staffe be sent to Capt.Mr.
Thomas Barnes< no role > he being thought fitt to be a
Governor : of this Hospll:

This Comittee having Observed, that severall Difficultys
& Inconveniencyes have hapned, [..] upon the Stating
of the Generall Accompts of this Hospitall to Michas yearly,
are of Opinion That it will be more Convenient
& propper for the Service of the Hospll: to have the
sd Accompts made up & Settled to Lady day Yearly
And that the present Accompt be made up [..] to
Lady day next and not to Michas last, and that
it be Recomended to the Generall Court to Order the same
accordingly.

Brewer & Butler
in one Person


'tis the Opinion of this Comittee That the places of
Butler & [..] Brewer in this Hospll: should hereafter
be in One Person, And to the intent, that due Care
may be Taken in Brewing & Looking after the Beer
which shall be Brewed in this Hospll: they are of
Opinion That the Grand Comittee should have power
to place & Displace such Pson from time to time as the
sd Comittee shall see Cause, with Liberty of [..]
Making such Allowances as shall be thought reasonable
for that Service.

The Matter relating to the Quantity of Coales & Beer to
be Allowed to the Officers within the Hospll:, to be Considered at
next Comittee:

Mr: Trear accquainted the Comittee that Mr. Peter Gray< no role > our Steward
is lately Dead. And the Order of the Genrll: Court 6 o: Decr: 1706: being
Read, whereby No Officer or Servant of this Hospll: Man or Woman
should be Chosen who is above Fifty Yeares of Age, & not of
a Healthy Constitucon, 'Tis the Opinion of this Comittee that
the sd Order will Send much to the Service & Benefitt of the
Hospitall & ought to be Observed:
