with Ten Guineys [..] as the Free Guift of the
Governors: for his past Service in the sd Parish
Out of the Money Served by [..] Buryall Fees
as aforesd, But he is not to Expect any
present or Guift from the Hospitall, for
the [..] time he shall hereafter think
the [..] to Supply the sd Lecture.

The Sub Comittee appointed al the last
Grand Comittee to View our Houses in Wapping
Reported That they went on the sd View
the 24th: of Novr: last, And had Considered
the yearly values of the Houses there,
whereof the Leases are Expired or neare
Expireing, And what Ground Rents are
Fitt to be sett upon the sd Houses for the
future, And what Fines may in their
Judgemt: be Reasonable to be Taken for new
Leases for 21: yeares, Of all which an
Accompt was Delivered in Writing;
And the same being Considered by this Comittee
It is Ordered That the Ground Rents, to be
Reserved by such new Leases, be Free from
Taxes, and not Lesse then what are
menccned in the sd Report.And that
Advertisements for Letting the sd Houses
be published in the Covnant.

peticoner to Succeed him; And being
Approved by this Comittee was Chosen to
be One of the Beadles of this Hospll:
during the Pleasure of the Governors.

being lately Dead, And this Comittee think
it for the Interest of the Hospitall to have
Another president forthwith Chosen They
Appoint A Generall Court for that purpose
