A letter from the Colledge of physitians rewarding
Dr: Walter Harris< no role > or Thomas Gill< no role > Fellowes of the
sd. Colledge to be physitian of this Hospll: in roome
of Dr: Forlesse lately Displaced, was read to this Court
wherein the Clause of Dr. Harney's Settlemt: was Sett
forth, by which he gave £30. P ann to this Hospll:
for the Sallary of a physitian So as upon any Vacancy,
[..] the Hospll: should chose One out of Two of the
Fellowes of the sd. Colledge to be recomended by the
presid: & Elections of the sd Colledge for the time being.

Then the Peticons of Dr: Hulse Dr: Rolfe Dr: Creigh to
Dr: Palmer Dr: Gelsthorpe Dr: Morton Dr: Crowe
Dr: Richard Mead< no role > Dr: Briggs & Dr: Carr severally
praying to be Admitted One of the Physitians of
this Hospitall in the roome of the sd. Dr: Richd.
Torlesse
< no role > lately Displaced, were read to this Court
and diverse Certificates & Testimonialls of their
respective Skill & Abilityes in their profession
were also read in the presence of the respective
