to accept of him £50: in full Discharge of £74:6s which will be due to the
Hospitall at Michas next for Rent for a House in St: Thomas's granted
to Geo: Davison< no role > & Mortgaged to the said Mrs: Johnson & for the Rent & Fine of a peice of
Ground adjoining agreed to be lett to him at 44s: P Ann and for all Lawr. Charges And that a
Lease shall be Granted to the said Thomas Dowse< no role > of the said peice
of Ground pursuant to the Contract made by Davison with the Comittee
Mr: Dowse is to give his Bond to pay the Rent & go forme the Covents:
in Davisons Lease from Michas next. The Hosptl: is to have the
Benefit of the Distresse made upon Davisons [..] Goods amounting
to £3:12s. He put 1s: into the poors Box: Claime under the Old
Lease granted to Mr. Brewe & Assignes to Davison to be Executed.

Lease of a peice ofGroundLand of Abt: 5. Acres lying the plumstead for
21. years from Michas next at £4: P Ann, And I [..] at the Lease agreed
by the Comitte the 24th: of Augt: 1699 to be Granted to the said John Everitt< no role >
of 7. Acres of Marsh Land in Plumstead aforesaid at £12: P Ann be made
to comence from Michas: next and that both parcells be Granted in one Lease
Everitt is to pay all Taxes [..] Wall Scotts pish Duties & other Charges, and
to bear the Office of Expenditor for the said Lands & not to plow under the
penaltye menconed in the other Contract being £9: P Acre
