Sr. Jno Woolfe< no role > presented the House with Pictures of the King &
the late Queen Mary without Frances, Ordered yt. Frames be
provided for them & hung up in the new Hall Mr. Trer is
desired to take care there of & for providing the same frances.

To Meele on Monday next & new the confider of the matters
complained of by Mr Former our tent. of black & while houses in
the old Baily concerning an annoyance by Pung by the
Subtents of Mr. Ougle weare adjoyning there & endeavour to
compose the difference thereabouts.

Lease where in 5. & 20 yrs. is to come Secluate in the Rules
of the Kings Bench next the high Street & make report of the
yearly value of them over & above the present rent of £16. P ann

And this Comittee doth approve of an Agreemt. made by the
Sub Comitte to Tho: Cooke< no role > for a Lease of a Tenent. in St. Tho: parish
for a five of £40. pd. in new money & for a terme of 21.yeares
from Midsomer day next & rent of [..] 33s.

And also of an agreemt. made wits Geo: Davison< no role > for a Lease of
another Tenemt. there on gate whereof be is to new build & being
Surrrounded by other Tenemts. he took of the Hos: & halh new built year
for the Same terme & old rent of 44s. & fine of £6

This Comittee also approved of the Sub Comittee direccon about taking
the ground late Swannells & Babs & to make & buy the Same
fitt for a burying place & yt. the poore be buried in Coffins.
