These remaines due to St. Thomas's Hospitall upon your Lease of
the Little house near St. Thomas's Gateway, which expired at
Midsumr 1717 for halfe a yeare01:02:00

At that time, the House was much out of Repaire, pticularly
in the Foundation wall, betweene this House and Mr Herberts.
The Charge [..] of repairing it, which was done by Mr
Herbert presently afterwards, came to £30: of which your halfe is
30s: you are desired to send your Rent and this money to the
Counting house on Saterday morn next at Ten o Clock.
Whereby further trouble and Charge will be prevented. I am
