Mr Collins
By your letter of the 29th. past you wrote my Clerk
that you have let Nicholls's land to Jennings if I consent
at £4 a Year which went at £5 in answer to
which I must acquaint you that I have not the
power of agreeing to this bargain without acqu=
ainting out Committee therewith which I design
to do at their first meeting & then will write you
further in the mean time you may take down
the two Pollards you write to be necessary
& let them be cut into the aces you mention
