Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell

the County aforesaid.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant
or Order under the hands and Seals of

two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of
Middlesex
aforesaid (One whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the third day of October
one thousand seven hundred and Ninety nine
Charlotte Wall< no role >
wife
of
William Wall< no role >
(who is now
Absent from her) and her Male Child named
Thomas< no role >
aged about One year and eleven Months
were removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
in the said
County of Middlesex
to the said parish of Saint Paul
Shadwell
as the place of the last legal settlement
of the said
Charlotte Wall< no role >
and her said Child Thomas
Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly beg leave to
Appeal from the said Order and pray that the
hearing and determining thereof may be at
this present Session now holden for the said
County and that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Saint
Giles in the Fields
and all other concerned
may be Ordered to attend: And that your
Petitoners may have such Relief therein as
the Court shall seem meet.
