In the Matter at Mastardy against
William Hill< no role > .

Joseph Packer< no role > of the Town of Uxbridge in the
County of Middlesex & Master of the Workhouse
of Middlesex aforesaid Maketh Oath and Saith
that he this day Saw Catherine real will [..]
this Severn herself to be fragnant with was
or more Bastard Child or Childrens and that
the aforesaid William Hill< no role > is the Father of
the said Bastard Child or Children And this
aforemoentioned further saith that the said
Catherine Real< no role > at the same true infer [..]
this delcocert that she was Still Pregnant
with and not delivered of the aforesaid Bastard
Child or Children And Deponent further
saith that he did also this day Serve the
abovenamed Willams Hill< no role > and also
Hill the Bail Mentioned in the Notice
hereto annexed [..] Copies of the said
Notice

With in Court the 7th
day of December 1799
