The Deft. was Indicted at the Sess. held for the County of
middlesex in april last which Indictment was returned
at me Bill by the grant Jury & Deft. pleaded & haversed the
same to may Sessr. followings before which him he having
given some useful Information respecting some Comers to
the Sollr. for the [..] he was with the consent of the Court at may Sess last
permitted to be at large on his own Recognizance to answer to
[..] the above Indictment whenever he should be
called on but the Recognizance of the Witnesses not being
then respited or discharged.

Please therefore to move the Court
to discharge the Recognizances of
the Witness John Dalby< no role > & I
Griffiths who are bound over to
prosecute the above Deft.
