in the County of Surrey Baker maketh oath and saith that he
is one of the Bail for the Defendant who not appearing according
the Defendant. was served with a Letter from the Clock of the Peace's
office, and Deponts that he made deligent enquiry to find
him which at present [..] but having every
reason to Ironmagine he will be able at the next session
to fine him out, therefore most humbly prays his
Recgnizance may be respited till the next session
