James Turner< no role > of No 4 Deans Court in the Old Bailey in
the City of London Gentleman Maketh Oath and saith that
he was Present on the Sixteenth day of October instant
at the Sign of the Sugar Loaf Publick House Drury Lane in
the County of Middlesex And did see at the same time the
William named Prosecutor duly sign the Annexed Paper
Writing of Satisfaction to the said Defendants in the said
Prosecution And the name of James Turner< no role > set thereto
as a subscribing Witness is of the Name and hand Writing
of the said James Turner< no role >
