in the County of Surrey Gentleman (Solicitor for the
Defendant above named) maketh oath and saith that he
this Deponent was present and did see Phebe Broom< no role >
the Prosecutrix above named Sign the Receipt hereunto
annexed and that the Name Phebe Broom thereto
Subscribed is of the Proper Hand Writing of the
aforesaid Phebe Broom and that the names John

as Witnesses to the Signature of the said Receipt are
