Maketh Oath and Saith that the Prosecutrix abovenamed
did on the 14th day of January Instant a Acknowledge to
this deponent that the had Signed the Receipt for the payment of
£2:12.6 hereto annexed, and did at the same time
inform this deponent that the had received satisfaction for
the assault mentioned in the Indictment preferred by her
against the abovenamed Defendant and that all matters
in dispute relative thereto between her ten the said
Jane Jewson< no role > had been settled as appeared by the said Receipt
