Daniel Dorgan< no role > of the Coach Yard Broad
Street Bloomsbury maketh Oath and saith
that he was Indicted last Sessions by the above
prosecutor for an Assault and a True Bill
was found at the Session house Clerkenwell
against the Defendant and this Deponent entered
into recognizance with Sureties to Try his
Travern to the said Bill of Indictment
at this present Session but being Ignorant
of the Law and and the proceeding of this Court
did not enter his Venire nor one out Subpa [..]
as he ought to have done therefore on that
Account he this Deponent was debared of
trying his Traverse as he ought and wished
to have done This Deponent humbly hopes
this Worshful Court will direct that his
recognizance and his Bail may stand
