That when any Order shall Issue for the
Quartering or Billetting any Officers or Soldiers
within thesaidCity and Liberties of Westmr. and
Places adjacent the High Constable shall deliver
out precepts to the several Petty Constables
Head boroughs or Tythingmen of each parish
Ward Hamlet and District within their
respective Divisions to billat and Quarter
such Ifficers & Soldiers of His Majestys
Regiments of Foot Guards on such Houses only
as by the said Act is limited within his
Respective Parish Hamlet or District
& Such Petty Constables Head boroughs &
Tythingmen shall in Pursuance thereof
billet & Quarter every such officer
& Soldier in such Houses so subjected thereto
by this Act equally & proportionably
according to the Number of such officers
& Soldiers so to be billetted & quartered
& of the Houses so subjected to receive
