Number of all such Psons respectively inhabiting the
Same within his and their Parish Ward Hambet or
district respectively as are subject & Liable by the
said Act to receive such officers & Soldiers togr with
the Number of all such Officers & Soldiers as one
quartered & billetted in rack [..] House respectively
And if default shall be or neglect made by any petty Constable
Headborough or Tythingman of any such Parish Ward
Hamlet or District in the delivering such Lists to the Justices
at their Quarter Session as aforesaid or if he or they
shall so deliver or cause to be delivered in any False
or defective List not including & specifying therein
all and every such House & Houses so liable by this Act
to receive such Officers & Soldiers or the Names of
all such Officers & Soldiers as are quartered &
billeotted in each House respectively such petty
Constable Headborough & Tythingman or any of them
so Offending therein shall for each such Offence forfeit
each the Sum of Five Pounds & in default of
paymt the Pson so offending to be committed to the
Common Goal of the said City of Westminster or
County of Middlesex there to remain for any time
