Parish of Saint Anne within the Liberty of
Westminster
in the County of Middlesex

That by virtue of an Order under the
Hands and Seals of

Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof eing of the Quorum) bearing date-
the seventh day of October 1797

) and her two Children
(Namely)
Sarah< no role >
aged inwards of three Years, and
James< no role >
aged about Cow Months, were
removed and Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above Bars

in the said County

Saint Anne
as the place of their last legal
Settlement whereby your petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against the Adjudication
of the said two Justices and their said Order
And Pray that the Benefit of this Appeal
may be saved to the Petitioners and that the
hearing and determining thereof be adjourned
to the next General Session of the Peace to
be holden in and for this County to hear and
determine
