To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex at their
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace at Hicks's
Hall
the Sessions House Clerkenwell in and for the said County assembled

The Humble Petition & Appeal of he Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Margaret Westminster in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal bearing date the fourth day of October 1797
under the hands and Seals of W Bleamire and A Graham
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) John
Gafford
< no role > aged about 48 Years was removed and conveyed
from the Liberty of the Rolls in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster in the said
County as and for the place of the last legal Settlement
of the said John Gafford< no role > Whereby Your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved,and against the
said Pass Warrant or Order and Removal of the said-
John Gafford< no role > Do Appeal
