At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at the Session
House Clerkenwell in the county aforesaid on Monday the
Eighteenth Day of September in the thirty seventh year of the
reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Heston in this County
have notice of this Appeal and that they and all Parties
concerned do attend this court on
next the instant by Nine of the Clerk in the
Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of this Court touching this appeal
